FTNC Launches Boot Camp Series!
Spring 2007
FTNC’s trainers were featured on both XETV (FOX 6) and KNSD (NBC 7) morning shows to share tips for incorporating those recess activities that we remember so well from our childhood into effective fitness routines. The team also promoted its new Boot Camp Series, where FTNC clients can take their work out to a whole new level of intensity and fun!
