Recess Anyone? New Workouts Incorporate Childhood Activities
It’s true! From dodge ball leagues to jumping rope, the fitness trainers noted a significant boost in interest from their clients in adding fun childhood sports activities into their workout regime.
“These exercises bring out the spirit of youth,” said Christine Burke, co-owner and certified personal trainer at FT North County. “Our team strives every day to make sure our clients are enjoying their program – and that it’s working. When clients are having fun, they stick to their program and get the amazing results they’re after. We’re thrilled to expand our program offering with boot camp classes and provide resources on local leagues and activities that can supplement our clients’ regular workout routine.”
