Trish has been a fitness enthusiast for most of her life. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and she has lived in Scottsdale, Arizona and Aspen, Colorado.  Trish embraces fitness as a lifestyle. She has 3 children, ages 21, 20 & 14. They are swimmers that got her hooked on outdoor sports. She fully enjoys all outdoor sports, summer and winter, and to protect herself from injury, she cross-trains regularly with strength training! Since she started strength training, she has seen measurable results in her weight management, energy, sport performance and overall happiness! These noticeable results led Trish to her ACE certification 8 years ago. I wanted to share my knowledge, successes, and newfound happiness with others.

Trish believes in personal training.  She takes the "personal" in my training seriously. Goals are the key to making it rewarding, fun and a lifestyle! She excited to be a part of the Fitness Together Team, making a difference every day in a "Personal" way.

Trish is also an international fitness model and just recently finished a photo shoot in Malibu.  Her photos can be found in Shape and other various fitness magazines.
